Preventative Maintenance Program
The six members comprising the Telsec Property Management Team, along with qualified contractors, work together on an ongoing basis to maintain all of its buildings and grounds to ensure their maximum functionality, comfort and appearance.
Included in our Preventive Maintenance Program are:
Detailed bi-monthly general inspections of all buildings and grounds.
Ongoing resolution of tenant concerns and incorporation of improvements.
Annual roof inspections by an Alberta Roofing Contractors Association (A.R.C.A.) approved Roof Inspector.
Quarterly inspection, testing and maintenance of all Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning units.
Operating Costs
Telsec is committed to providing excellence in its products and services while keeping Operating Costs within a carefully planned budget. Telsec has direct control over approximately 25% to 30% of the total Operating Costs. We always demand high quality workmanship and go out for tender to obtain best pricing on all major maintenance contracts. Because Telsec owns and manages over twenty five buildings, we are often able to offer a volume of work to contractors allowing them to keep their prices competitive.
